1984- Greenville, North Carolina, USA; Held at Wake Forest University. 5 days.
International Association of Leather Artisans. Various workshops on design, function and color. Participants from over 20 countries were in attendance.
Haliburton School of Fine Art, Ontario. 5 days. Leather art in Sculpture.
Workshop in forming and colouring techniques of various leather.
1982- Ashland, Tennessee, USA; International Association of Leather Artisans. 4 days.

1978- Weekend workshop at St. Lawrence College, Kingston. Forming and colouring with acrylic dyes.
1977- Weekend workshop at Mohawk College, Hamilton. Design and forming leather as sculpture.
2008 Leather Replica Bags for Television Documentary ‘Destination Nor’Ouest’.
I designed and produced 12 old style Voyageur bags, one for each re-enactor. TVQ took a film crew and 12 modern Voyageurs on a 100 day excursion from northern Alberta to the coast of B.C. to recreate the experience of the original 1792 expedition path taken by Alexander MacKenzie.
The bags were not props, but actually used daily and seen in 7 of the 9 episodes.
1998 Ottawa Spring show. I appeared on the CJOH-TV morning talk show in a 12 minute feature about professional craftspeople.
1987-89 I designed and created special 3-ring Leather Binders as award gifts for the Department of External Affairs. They were decorated with the logo of External Affairs.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rt. Hon. Joe Clark gave them to leaders of winning corporations as gifts for exporting excellence. A total of 51 binders were made over 3 years.
1981 Ontario Craft Council touring Art show. A briefcase with an unusual snakeskin appliqué was part of a touring art exhibition that traveled to various town galleries for three months.
